Information collected

This site does not collect personal information. There is no contact form, no tracking cookies, and no user accounts. The only contact method is a mailto link ([email protected]), which opens your own email client. No data is transmitted to us until you send an email.

Information collected automatically

We don't use analytics software or tracking cookies on this site. No measurement or beacon script is loaded.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes and logs web requests as part of delivering the site, including standard request metadata such as IP address. Cloudflare also derives aggregate, server-side traffic statistics from that activity (for example, page views and visitor country), computed at its edge with no script added to the page and no cookies set. Third-party services

This site loads no third-party scripts, fonts, advertising, analytics, or tracking resources on its own. Fonts and images are served from this domain; only Cloudflare's infrastructure is involved, for hosting and delivery.

The on-page command console includes optional commands (weather, news, cve) that fetch from public third-party APIs only when you type them: wttr.in, Hacker News, and NVD (nvd.nist.gov). Those endpoints see your IP address as part of the request, like any other website you visit. No request is made until you run the command, and you can turn these lookups off from the on-page privacy option (the console's privacy command), after which those commands make no request at all.

Cookies and local storage

This site sets no cookies. It stores small preferences in your browser's localStorage instead: one value remembers that you dismissed the privacy notice, and one records whether the optional third-party lookups (weather, news, cve) are allowed or blocked. Allowed is the default. You can change it any time from the on-page privacy option. These values stay in your browser and are never sent to us; localStorage is not a cookie and does not track you across sites.

Data retention

No user data is collected or stored by this site. If you email us directly, that correspondence is retained only as long as needed to respond.
